What is Pewdiepie Vs T-series?

PewDiePie vs T-Series is an online competition between two YouTube channels, PewDiePie (run by Felix Kjellberg) and Indian record company T-Series (run by a company owned by Krishan Kumar), for the title of the most-subscribed channel on the video-sharing website. PewDiePie is the most-subscribed channel on YouTube with more than 90 million subscribers, while T-Series has been the most-viewed channel since early 2017. Though PewDiePie had maintained his lead in subscribers throughout 2018, early 2019 saw T-Series overtake him on numerous occasions for short periods of time. Pewds (as he is fondly called) don't want to lose the crown of being no.1 on YouTube.

1. India's growing population

According to an international census, the population of India is currently 133.92 crores, making it world's 2nd most populous country on the Earth. India is also having the largest number of youths and mostly are unemployed. What will someone do if he/she no job to do ? Simple he/she will just waste time here and there. That's the situation of India. In India, people have no work to do so they just waste their time here and there online making T-series world's 2nd most subscribed channel (and maybe soon 1st😊).

2. T-series is a music company

Here in India, people love music a lot (even i do so) and T-series is a music company which provides a stage to the passion of young artists. So, undoubtedly people will subscribe to T-series in a huge amount. Most of the songs are by T-series in most of the movies. So, people would definitely subscribe it.

3. Pewdiepie saying "You India, You lose"

I think this is the most important factor for T-series getting so close to Pewdiepie. In his Bitch Lasagna (disstrack against T-series) pewdiepie said," You India, You lose" and many other words which our Indian fellows found disturbing. If pewdiepie hadn't said these things then the condition wouldn't be the same as now.

4. Access to cheaper data services and cheaper Phones in India 

In India, due to the coming Reliance Jio (thanks to Ambani 👏) data services are very cheap, probably most cheapest on the Earth. Because of cheaper data services a large number of people have access to internet these days. And due to Xiaomi, a Chinese smartphone company, the rates of smartphones have declined to a great extent. Combinedly, cheap phones and cheap data services makes internet accessible to a large number of people and therefore making T-series the no.1 no.2 most subscribed channel on the Earth.
